House in The Pass 2010 Rates
$150/night double occupancy (2 night min) + $15/night per extra guest

Gingerbread Cottage 2010 Rates
$175/night

Housekeeping Services
Laundering of bed linens and towels, making beds, and
bathroom sanitizing is included in rental fee. Renter is expected to leave the home in the same clean and tidy condition as it
was when they arrived. If necessary, cleaning fees at a rate of $35/hr may be deducted from deposit.
Payments
and Security Deposit
50% of the total rental fee will be required at time of booking to secure reservation and serve as damage
deposit with the remainder of the fee due six weeks (42 days) prior to arrival. The Deposit will be fully refunded providing
home, contents, and property are left in the same condition as when they arrived. Amounts may be deducted from deposit
in the case of excess cleaning charges or damage due to renter negligence and renter will be held financially responsible for
any charges in excess of the security deposit. Preferred options for payment include Paypal money transfer or on-line electronic
transfers from any of the major Canadian banking institutions. Cheques or money orders will be accepted for bookings with sufficient
prior notice to allow for surface mail delivery. Any service fees associated with the financial institutions are the responsibility
of the renter. All cheques and transfers must be in Canadian Dollars only.
Cancellation Policy
Full deposit minus $75 cancellation
fee will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received at least six weeks (42 days) prior to the reserved arrival
date.
Occupancy Limit
Overnight guests are limited to the persons/pets listed on the rental agreement unless specifically approved
by Property Manager. Failure to respect this limitation may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees.
Pet
Policy
Well behaved and reliably-housebroken pets may be welcomed at the Little House in the Pass at Property Manager's discretion. A
fully refundable pet deposit fee of $300/pet will be collected at time of booking. The deposit will be returned in full if there
is no damage to the house or property and if all pet hair is removed from the house and pet waste is properly disposed of. Pets
are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms and should be securely crated or confined when left alone in the house.
