mature leafy trees are scattered throughout the site. Early risers are often rewarded with a close-up view of some mule deer stopping
to graze while crossing the property. Guests can enjoy their BBQ'd meals on the flagstone patio or spend their evening relaxing
in the outdoors and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Children and young-at-heart will delight in the vintage horse-swings
and a variety of outdoor games like croquet, bocce ball, and horseshoes. There is also a challenging mini-golf course, playground
and picnic area in Firemen's Park a short walk from the house.
Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen-sized bed in
one room, and two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge, stove,
microwave, basic small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery. There is one four-piece bathroom and a separate laundry area. The
three satellite TV's, DVD/VCR, stereo and a variety of popular games and toys ensure even the rainy days are fun.
